This is what the EP sounds like: Horse Play Pt3

There was an uneasy energy as the crowd slowly adjusted to what had just happened to them. Before the group could take in their surroundings in any great detail the ground wobbled a litttle and the crowd let out a small yelp. The ground began to lurch underneath them. Some of them fell, the rest of them struggling to stay on their feet. Everyone was very unsettled. “Where are we” said on of them? “In the future” said the Rhonda Fish. “In The future, as seen through the eyes of the ‘half elephant, half man’ man.”
The ‘room’ they were in (which many believed was a cloud up in the sky seeing as thats where it had appeared they had gone to) was large and, unfortunatly it was cliched. The walls were see through, or covered in a huge image projection. It was quite hard to tell which. Whatever it was, it showed the most wonderful images of lands slowly passing by. Strange mountains with snow on the bottom and palm tree’s on the top, and sea that was dry and land that was wet. This was the realm of the future, where everything seemed to have been reversed and also, so it would seem, someone had successfully mated with an elephant, because the next thing they saw gave them all quite a shock.
Lumbering out of a clearing from some trees (with branches and leaves at the bottom and then a huge trunk protruding upwards like a thick flag pole) came a beast with the body of an elephant and the head of a man. The crowd muttered sympathetic mutterings to each other, it must be terrible being half man half elephant they thought. As it turns out, it wasnt quite as bad as it could have been, for the next beast out of the woods had the body of a man but the head of an elephant. Definatly the worse way round of the too, as things weren’t in scale but in actual size. The huge head wobbled from side to side on the body of the small man, and each way it wobbled, the body would follow in a desperate attmpt to maintain some sort of balance.
Coming over towards them, in a defiantly ‘not straight’ line, the second beast opened its mouth and trumpeted at them. The sound was so loud they thought God was talking to them. That wasnt as loud as the next noise, for the response seemed to come from all about them, shaking the very core of everything around them. It seemed like they were right in the middle of the sound, like they were small spectators slammed right into the head of someone. And slowly, what the Rhonda Fish had said a short while earlier began to dawn on them, as they realised they were right in the conciousness of the elephant man from the future. And the ground had been moving because, like Jesus in Nazareth, the elephant man had, it appeared, been riding into town on a donkey..

Stay tuned for the next instalment with the next EP out April 9th 2010 by Le jockey and Arthur Barr

Good to see some fresh material, and some of the first as AJ Reynolds! Anyone remember Tone Def from Alt Recordings!?

It's all about Lights On, Nobody Home for me :)

Nice one Tone!
