More than one producer uses the same equipment you know...
I don't think it's hard to imagine someone coming up with the same sequence with the same sound 7 years after another guy did it...

people want to be famous..have gigs...sooooo bad. that`s the truth...it`s all about them, not the music. every idiot out there thinks he´s a fucking artist/dj/ promoter but has no clue about work. everyone tries to be something without any sense of dedication....that is why such things happen.
if people would care about the music...there wouldn`t be like 99 % sh!t/copycat releases out every week.
this track here is stolen 100 %.....no unnamed dat tape or whatever. the label is ridic too...fck them all. one should comment in every shop on this record and point out that it has been stolen, so that this guy loses all his credibility and has no chance to ever release anything else.
