Just a quick post to let you guys know that promo copies of fear of flying 002 are now on juno.

Something a little deeper from Fear of Flying, BLM going solo this time with ‘Gyms Are For Pussies’. The original mix of the title track starts off as it means to go on with the deep bass and warm but wonky pad setting the tone. Quite delicious, especially made for those tripped out moments in the early hours of the morning.

Next up we have BLM’s homage to legendary label Plastic City, deep bass again but employed in a different way this time with vocal snippets supplied by occasional studio partner MarcAshken. Warm pads and hypnotic grooves aplenty, just the tonic for those cold winter nights.

We felt we needed to bring the energy level up next so we called on the services of one of our favourite and criminally underrated producers ‘Holger Flinsch’. He doesn’t disappoint, injecting ‘Gyms…’ with a skippier, driving groove that has a lovely tranced out end section.
