might try to do this before we start instead of at the end... sunday is a bit heavy going so chances of being up for trying out a modular with a clear head by evening time is not that high. We usually start setting up at 12/1.

my Wiard system is pretty full on and the manufacturer will be there to give any other info required... so pretty special opportunity... the other peeps, esp. Dennis are not fucking about either and will be worth picking at for info.

if you know anyone who's got a modular twinkle in their eye feel free to spread the word.

see you in 2 weeks.

After planning to check this prior to fr, I'm glad I woke up and headed to it

Checked out the systems and picked up some good advice

We kept popping not the jam throughout and it sounded nice and deep, really opened my eyes to modular

Thanks

thanks for stopping by, the demos didn't really happen as I'd expected... think people are too fucked or intimidated... think I can't do it next year anyways, it's complicated enough playing modular synths without having to demo it as well.

If you can get to Oxford you can come and actually try patching... hit me up... it's no problem.

Glad you liked the music... turned out really nicely I thought.

pretty hard to gauge where to fit it, clearly it's not dancing in the sun to house with all your mates around... musically I was really happy with it though.

doing this event in November in Oxford... think I'm doing something in Manchester in October as well.

thanks to steevio for inviting me/us ... every year I build my career at that place... people donating tapes, learning the ropes, making connections just thru talking to fellow human beings.

where was the modular room? i had a brief look, but gave up and went back to partying.

I just wanted to say a massive thanks to steevio as well. it was a really great one this year. me and the gf had such a fantastic time. I did plan to say hello, but never got around to doing so (I think the higher I get the more introverted I go, which rules out any form of socialising with me)
