sounds alpha-male and cliche' but i think it's the best lesson of a lifetime.

"i consider my greatest achievement lifelong celibacy" - isaac newton

You could have worded that a bit differently, but yes I agree.

I can't relate to Isaac Newton.

having grown up among 4 women, and apparantly being destined to live amongst them for the rest of my life since I live with 3 others for the moment (although 2 of them are still very little, in all fairness),
I have to say I have nothing but the upmost respect for women.
Sure they usually suck at technical stuff, can be completely irrational, talk waaaaayyyy too much, are insecure far too often,...
But I'm convinced women make the world go round a lot more than men do.

I think you've just met the wrong women.
No matter how foxy a woman can be, if she's not intelligent, I get the hell away from her.
No matter how foxy and intelligent a woman is, if she's one of those women that likes to play games with you, I'm off, immediately.
Women that are only into money, or are so self-centered all they want is an endless audience all day long to blabber away to, run man run !
Women that only care about shoes or clothes, run !
There's tons of wrong women out there, but I find them pretty easy to spot.

Maybe you were together with a woman that was none of the above, but you couldn't work out your relationship. That might've been possible.
Maybe you oughtta say "realtionships ain't sh!t" !
Then I might agree with you more... ;)

In any case : better luck next time !
(cause there wil be a next time for sure)

and now for a nice cliché :

Yeah - lots of people saying stuff like "show a dead mother some dignity" and "don't talk ill of the dead" - well maybe if she'd showed a shred of dignity to the workers and communities whose industries she decimated with no backup plan except for sucking the wealth into the financial sector, or the sufferers of apartheid or dictatorships, or gay adolescents, or football fans killed by police action, or Northern Irish political protestors... sorry going off topic now, you get the point ;)

She was against rave culture too! Can't relate to any of the other stuff. She looked after us southerners although my dad did lose his job eventually as a result of her killing industry.
