How about Renoise?

Have you ever used Trackers? If you did, you'll probably know how great Trackers work.

Renoise is a tracker with all your VST/VSTi needs.

maybe i dont get the point but in my opinion 2 group channels will do the work ...
one of them takes the reverb unit as an insert the other one the delay unit.

you have to create the "reverb group" at first. Sending the "reverbed" signal into the delay wont be a problem then with the sends on the "reverb group"

u could either work completely in this host;

http://www.xt-hq.com/

or just use it as a modular extension to cubase, to get the routing ure after.
i use it in cubase myself, and it works like a charm.

beeing a old logic user, its nice to be able to have a slice of the possibillities in logic with me in cubase, coz i find eXT very logic alike.

Actaually you can solve this with use of group channels, because you can assign aux sends to send to group channel instead of FX channel. and group channels do have aux sends.

Setup 2 group channels. On Group 1 insert your reverb and on Group 2 insert your delay.
Now setup 2 auxes on your hihat channel, one sends the signal to Group 1 and the other to Group 2.
And setup aux on Group 1 to send to Group 2 and and aux on Group 2 to send to Group 1.

Now your're free to send signal anyway you like, and even make a feedback loop.
