Greenville Massive synth

I've been loving this tune a lot recently and have tried creating a track of my own with the a similar laid back vibe.

I've got the right kind of groove down and some nice perc sounds floating around in the background, but i'm having a bit of trouble getting the synth / lead sound. Any got any tips?

Dotted tape delay, a bit of saturation, reverb, bandpass filter on minor chords.
