How do i make this synth?

I didn't listen to the track but if I was to make a synth I'd start by reading up on DSP for digital stuff and electronics for analogue. I guess you could use something like Reaktor but that might be to easy for you. I don't know really.

take 2 osc with a saw waveform, detune them slightly, put a 12db low-pass filter on it, almost open. then the envelope, maximum sustain, keep the release almost fully closed. add some distortion or maybe a bit reduction fx on top of it. don't forget the cheese!

something like this can also be done with fm synthesis... take a sine osc as source, then another sine as modulator. use the same envelope / filter settings as i've said above. then turn up the modulation until it sounds right.

if you want to get it nice and big in the stereo field, copy the sound. then pan one hard left, the other hard right. add some slight changes in one of them...

Both of these sounds could be done on an elektron monomachine.
