Batch Convert Audio Files OSX?

Can anyone recommend a free program with which I can batch convert a bunch of samples from one bit rate to another? Must be OSX. Thanks!

Max can do basic integers of WAV and AIFF, great program use it for all for my old DJ tracks bought from Beatport WAV to AIFF so I can store album art.

works pretty well. But i'll say the processing is slow compared to soundforge on my pc.
