Re: Your "studio"
Up until recently this was my space - 2nd bedroom/office in my flat in London. I never had any trouble with noise as I made most of my music in downtime between jobs and my only daytime neigbour was a lovely 93 year old Irish woman. As long as I shopped for her lager every week (she assured me that beer and cabbage were the secrets to her longevity!) she was happy for me to make as much noise as I liked.....
But I've sold up just before Christmas and gone mobile for a while. Now starting to look for a cheap rental somewhere remote -ish where I can set up my gear, and make some sound and visuals and do some writing.....or more crazily - possibly contemplating installing a set up in a motorhome....hell I might even grow a beard and stop cutting my toenails ....yup, it's all change this year.
