upload in wav format, mastering from mp3 is highly not recommended and no studio would oblige. a cassette tape would be more suitable for mastering than an mp3 ;).
you should check out free mastering plugins. there are all sorts of compressors, limiters, maximizers in VST format. try KVR audio's website, they have a bazillion audio plugins
