Synth patches for NI Massive (bank 02)

Post by breakitdown »

Hey guys,

A few months back i posted up a tutorial and a link to some free patches and bank of patches for NI Massive with a dub techno flavor (lhttp://www.mnml.nl/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=52367.

I finally got around to making another bank - this time not so genre limited.
I think this new bank will fit loads of genres from techno to dubstep. The sounds themselves are pretty deep and dark - prefect for this kind of music i think!

You can hear the patches and more info on how to get them here

Also - let me know what you think!
I plan on doing a couple more - so any feedback is much appreciated :)

Thanks!

Sweet patches! Loved your tutorial. Any chances of making patches for other softsynths? Sylenth or DCAM or anything?

Hey - thanks!

The only synths i use are Massive and Zebra... however i really find Massive a dream for sound design.

Most of the patches i make should be easy enough to translate to other synth.

I'm actually in the process of setting a blog that will give detailed walk through's of Massive patch creation and sound design as well as tutorials on various other aspects of Massive. The walkthrough's will also be available to download as PDF's so you can keep them, aswell as the patches themselves and some other synth banks i have created.

I think these walk through's will be help you create sounds in the synth you mention!

The blog should be up tomorrow at some point - i'm just waiting on the domain transfer. I'll post the link up then if no one minds :)

looking forward to the blog.
As a side note, i've been getting some quite good results myself loading single cycles in Ableton Sampler and following your previous tutorials and using/abusing of the FM modulation as well as the Aux envelope.
I might post the patch if i don't forget :P

If you want to post/mail me it i could include it as a download (ill give credit and link for you!) on the tutorial page for the dub tech synth stab which is tutorial no.1
