No it is a studio. Saw it in action a few years back. The guy that owns it used to produce with Peter Rauhofer as Club 69. They were pretty big.

Came here to say this. Definitely an impressive setup, but I can't see how it would be very productive for songwriting.

I think u just need to decide the equipment that u would want to use and focus on it instead of jumping from one to another, cause obv. u wont be able to use everything. Just gotta stay focused I guess. No matter how hard it will be in a room like that=)

i don't think i'd have much problems making stuff in a studio like that. although i'd rather work with only a few drum machines, a couple of analog poly's, a few analog mono's, a digital synth, a nord electro, nice big mixing desk, Pro Tools and a load of outboard effects.
