i was just repeating what i have heard, i heard they are for rich kids... doesnt mean they are not sweet.

I would recommend you do a search on Gearslutz and do some research, because a lot of people have paid top dollar for piece of paper and no job afterwards. This is of course if you are attending 1 year plus courses.

yes, well, they are :)

But it´s good, if you pay it. They use nice equipment and you can get software like live etc. very cheap...

if u want to go to SAE for improving your production....dont go...

sae is a school for audio engineering ,
they will learn you everything about recording, and using microphones, midi, synthesis, live recording etc.
I have finished the first year and i got the diploma for audio engineering.
I can say that is a very nice school , i learned many things, but i know that u can find all of this theory stuff on the web, but you cant get the practice on the web, this is the difference.

well i finished sae at london and it was quite good.not easy as other sae institutes..london is nice as well..brick lane...camden...

thanks guys. i want to get an in depth understanding of sound engineering so thats why i was thinking of doing an intensive course.

Im curious about what colleges people have attended in different cities. there are loads about but theres always some that are a cut above like the one im gonna do in Dublin. its better than the rest.
