best place to get vinyl pressed in the states?

gzcd are very reasonable but the exchange rate for US to euros or pounds .....well it aint good

prices seemed good and i've been told their quality has vastly improved.

One negative thing i've heard is them turning down a Broklyn Beats release as the label had a pic of Bush with horns.

united still doesn't make heavy vinyls though (they just press at 110grs), and for one of the ghostly/spectral records from maybe 3 or 4 months ago, the whole set was bad....
