Hm.. something different.
He is the founder of context label, and a really "open minded" producer.
His music is almost experimental but still mnml. Dark atmospheres/pads with a weird funk, makes his own style.
Except his own releases, he is responsible for a lot of various compilations and mixed releases that can shake you and break you.
My favourite release of sutekh is "Incect Live" from Force Inc. Music.

I've only heard 'fell' by him but didn't think it was that amazing. has he done anything better/different than this that's a more appropriate place to start?

NilsTentacles: check "Incect Live" it's kinda old but still roxxx
also the new album of context label "Context Unravelled" mixed by sutekh. There are artists like murcof/ben nevile and sutekh's tracks in this mixed album.

Unravalled was an superb mix album. Nice mix of minimal and IDM.

He will play end of this month @ WORM (Rotterdam, NL)

he was in Greece recently. It was a nice set but ppl here are a bit lame

Now i just hope to see him again soon
