Sorry to say so, but exclusive contracts are for major labels, where they pay the artists 20.000 euro or more in advance, and the artist agree's to do XX 12" and X albums within the next 3 years.

I agree. I would never sign on to something like that if it were that restricting, which I am guessing most of those contracts are.
