MAETRIK

Post by briananeurysm » Tue Jun 07, 2005 5:54 pm

Ok, i know some of you guys are gonna think that i'm just hyping maetrik up coz he's my boy. Well i say whatever to that...

I'm surprised nobody has even listed Maetrik here as an artist after his recent brilliant treibstoff album!!!! comon guys, nobody here interested in his dopeness? i mean the album is doing super well, but nobody here is mentioning maetrik ... :) ... so i thought it to me my duty as his friend and fan to list him here as an artist.

so. any thoughts?

yes, I bought it cuzz it's brilliant :)
the first track is also a perfect opening track to any set and most of the others are deep, quirky, clicky and vocal in all the right places.

damn, even the 65d mavericks charted it.

Maetrik rocks for sure...he has the ability to invent totally abstract/futuristic sounds...has his own unique style and personal sound...imao he 's the future in minimal tech house...Casi Profundo sounded even more mature than his previous works to me...Big Ups!
He 's the man!

One of my favorites even though I find he's more tech house than minimal... hard to categorize but certainly very very quality producer.
