Jeff Samuel

Jeff Samuel has been a DJ for 7 years and is known across the midwestern United States for his unique style of mixing. His music choices range from the funky quirks he is known for in his productions to deeper tech-house and more intense techno stylings. Jeff changes his style of mixing to fit the mood of the music and the atmosphere. Whether it is smooth long mixes or quick cuts and fader tricks, Jeff Samuel is the DJ that always delivers the funk proper! Growing up in Cleveland, Jeff Samuel did not listen to Tangerine Dream or Skinny Puppy. After his aunt spotted him singing a KISS song before he could speak, his family decided that he was musically inclined. Quickly after completing his first demo he was signed to Frankfurt's Lo-Fi Stereo Recordings in 1999. His eccentric, funky and blipped out style soon caught the attention of Daniel Bell, who signed him to 7th City. The German mag de:bug called Jeff Samuel "...an American counterpart to Dr. Rockit" and his records consistently receive high marks among magazines such as Groove. Though despite his German accolades, he swears to have "...very little to do with David Hasselhoff".

Drop the idea of becoming someone else, because you are already a masterpiece.
