This month we’re incredibly excited about having one of our absolute favouritest French spaztronauts over to play. Frankie comes from Paris, and is responsible for some of the least compromised dancefloor music ever built. He comfortably straddles the divide between moominal and boompty spazno; Tejada & Jeff Samuel-ish sounds with tight minimal tracks and loads of interesting things happening over the top.

In late 2003, he founded the label Frankie Records, intended to be a convergence of eclectic electronic musics like house, techno, minimal and booty. Past releases and remixes on the label have featured artists such as Claude Von Stroke, Matthias Schaffhauser, Jason Hodges, Mark Henning, Swat Squad & Luke Solomon. Frankie’s own productions form a broad spectrum of styles ranging from minimal and clicks & cuts, to tech-house, techno and deep house.

Also popping over on the Eurostar is our Belgian resident Vernon in his Lust addict guise. He’ll be performing a liveset showcasing his new productions, assisted by his friend Mauro Crisci on keys. His first EP has just been released on Obsolete records, a new label worth watching with upcoming releases by Someone Else & Herve AK, and he’s also just been signed to the Paris-based Lessizmore record label & DJ agency.

Support on the night will also come from residents Alex Rajkovic, Ben Parkinson and LO/REZ doing their two-man assault on anything electronic. Theirs is a liveset that refuses to be categorised; expect sound effects from TV series of yesteryear, classic electro, modern glitch, house, techno and all things wobbly. They’ve just had a release out on Morris\Audio and another on SHVA, and they will make you brock out.

The night start at 11pm and finishes at 6am. Door Tax is £5.
