If this is coming, the lobby will rule our world and destroy our essential liberty ...
-everything you think, do and say
is in the pill you took today-
:zager and evans:

-life is of the nature of water:
it always seeks the deepest place,
which is always below in the darkness
and heaviness of the earth.-

Every reasonable person should sign this imo. How is the coverage of this in the US news? In Europe (at least Germany), thanks to many hard working NGOs the topic has arrived in the mainstream news finally.

the coverage in the US is probably non existent but thats ok cause if theres one thing americans can trust, its that their government would never allow a treaty that negativly affects america.

sadly we europeans cant say the same for our EU government, the reason is that its not a real government, EU is not a country.

ttip would affect america, cause it would allow the EU to lower their lately signed harder regulations in the banking sector ...

but i agree with you, its sad that it seems that the "EU" is not always behind the population of the countrys ... but for the industry ...

i dont have anything against economic treatys in general.

EU is an economic treaty itself thats for me the core problem.
the EU was founded out of economic interest and not out of ideology.

so thats why they dont act in the interest of the population. that doesnt mean its always against the population, but lately more often than not they forget that not everything that brings economic growth is in the peoples interest.
