I'm not sure where you got this, but I have to assume you copy/pasted the obviously alarmist title. I didn't watch the video yet. If this document is valid, which I very well think it could be, rather than fearing it, you (and anyone that reads it) should instead breathe a sigh of relief.
This doc is from 2001 (supposedly) and is not an outline to destroy humanity but is simply an exercise in war games that occur at the highest levels of our military/government. 4-5 star generals do this kinda thing all the time to evaluate and provide answers to potential future risks to our sovereignty. Guess what? Most other G20 nations do the same thing.
Being written in 2001, it is incredibly, amazingly prescient. I read the entire thing, engrossed, not afraid. Someone absolutely must do this type of work and I'm glad we are doing it.
