Help! Small Warehouse / Gallery / Open Space For Party?

My colleagues and I are currently looking for a financially viable space in the city of London to do our next one-off party for our friends in early 2013. Ideally we are looking for a simple intimate open space that is basically a blank canvas that is suitable for 140 guests and is equipped with toilet facilities. We just need an open space. We will provide a PA system and DJ’s and we would like for our guests to bring their own drinks. We would distribute “INVITATIONS” in advance to cover the sound system and space hire costs. Basically, no invitation, no entry. I am posting to ask if any of you would know of the best way to go about locating a venue that would entertain such a proposition.

I believe licensing rules are quite strict to start with.
As you may know the Police are quite hot at the moment on this.

Hi, I spoke to "P" and gave your name, he was most helpful. He said he knew you etc. But have to wait until gone April or there abouts. But I am on contact list for when they have the legalities sorted. So THANK YOU VERY MUCH SO FAR!
