They don't always have what I want but the service is good and if there are some records you need, just send a list and the guy who works there will try his best to get them for you.

i just noticed they increased shipping to austria to 12€ .. (all compareable shops offer free shipping > 50€)
srsly even my own discogs prices are cheaper..
this is ridiculous, i can order from the u.s. now for less money.. furthermore they don't offer any discount at all plus the stupid 20€ minimum order value (even when you have already a big order opened) .. it`s just to much, this shop is so dead to me..

I'm a Decks.de customer from 6-7 years and do not think I've ever seen such rapid deterioration in customer care.
have eliminated discounts for purchases over 100 Euros.
shipping cheaper for Italy rose from EUR 9.90 to 18.40.
minimum order of 20 euro, very inconvenient if you need to add vinyl.
Unfortunately the service more interesting to me is being able to keep vinyls apart, which is the only way to recoup some costs.
At this point I need to find another shop that offers this capability because I think that forsake Decks.
Any suggestions?

to be fair, i dont think the VAT is mandatory, you can enter it if you have one, but its not a requirement
