step 1. use what you have...

learn to manipulate the sounds that you have.

learn to layer them, adjust the levels very delicately ...
pan then, stack them, eq them into completely different sounds..


don't take yourself too serious. have fun...
it's a life long journey. spend time learning the program, and watching tutorials on new ways..
to approach using the software and sounds you already have.

What kind of sound are you going for? Most sample packs are over processed which is ok for electro house and trance, but not so good for anything underground.

I think loopmasters do packs by well know producers. Just pick an artist you like and away you go.
