i sold this for 500+$ last year.
I think i've read somewhere that Driftwood plan to reissue their catalog. I wonder how that guy is gonna feel when/if that happens.
he was talking about the jeff mills record

even if driftwood do reissue their catalogue they probably wouldn't touch this one

also you can't necessarily use the sales history to judge the most expensive record, and certainly not some joker trying to sell something for several times what it usually goes for. mine is probably something i got for 99p from discogs but a lot of people want now, so it would sell for much more. i've had people offer me hundreds of euros for it but i would never sell because i wouldn't see a copy of it again.

in conventional terms it's that daniel bell elevate special projects 2 12" though.

Jesus Christ on a bicycle! $500+ for a Jeff Mills record?
I understand that it's super limited and has handmade labels but still...

soul capsule - law of grace
some of the driftwood stuff
some mosiac and bluetrain.

whats the most people have paid though? think about £75 is the most I have paid.

I have paid like 30 quid and then its got repressed or i have seen them in second hand stores, so now i try and check all the second hand stores before i get onto discogs and buy that expensive record.

I'm to lazy to add all my records to my discogs collection and then find the one with the most inflated price. then how do you know the value of records when nobody else is selling them at that moment?

the most i've ever payed for a single 12" is £15 and probably double that for multipacks.

doesn't really matter if you see it in a secondhand shop for cheap after paying more for it as you can always just sell the double on discogs yourself. the reissue thing i guess is an occupational hazard... a lot of the time they fck reissues up anyway, by remastering the tunes for 'modern' standards... all of the prescription reissues have this problem, for example, originals sound much better.
