*Archipel Annonces new sub-label as part of a conceptual project*
For all Archipel supporters and followers, Archipel has always been a label who encourages artists to do things from a different perspective than they usually do. It's no secret this has brought many new comers or even gave some other artists to present new ideas they weren't sure about.
From all the concepts that have been used over years, one was the "Assignment" serie where artists were invited to create under strict limitations. The next follow-up step will be to create a new sub-label that will bring artists in further creation under conditions.
We're happy to present the new sub-label "Archipel Soundtracks"!
As a first round of volunteers for this new project will be Niederflur, The Automatic Message, Sven Laux, Billy Dalessandro, Jesse Somfay, Pheek, Hubble, Cleymoore, Time For Trees and more to confirm.
While the direction will varie from deep techno to ambient music, you can expect a very special twist from these sound adventurers.
This new sub-label will have a special relation to photography and we'd love to get in touch with artists who would like to be part of this project.
