never happend to me, never heard of that in Austria, or Germany or any other big Festival in Europe .. maybe an american problem?

It's a bit dated (18 years). I've only ever been to one night when a DJ got stuck somewhere and had to cancel.

Interesting read nevertheless. I found this part pretty funny:

terry mullan was notorious for not showing up to gigs. i think i paid to see him six times in detroit and he showed up twice.

I am kind of surprised that you would have hired him that many times if he had not shown up on multiple occasions. Quite frankly after the first time I pay someone money to do something and they do not follow though I would have the desire to seriously fck them up.
