That Phil Weeks guy is on the same level of doucheness as SHM. He even has his own youtube channel where he teaches how to make a house track out of someone else's house track and brags about his new kicks and hats. Seriously, how much up your own azz can you be?
Where is Captain Righteous aka Dj Sneak when you need him the most? Ah, he's best friends with that douche.
Someone needs to present Phil, Sneak and those swedish guys a copy of Tao Te Ching.

What's funny is that Gemini just had two releases, one in 2011 and one in 2012, on Phil Weeks' label Robsoul. That probably means that Gemini didn't care being sampled!

Word has it that the tracks were licensed from Cyclo. I doubt Spencer even knows about them. Let alone receives any money for them (though i can't be sure about that, 'cause i believe that there's a guy who collects royalties for him or something).

do I hear a sampled here, or just "similarity" ? It's always fun to try to hear these.

If it's sound good then it is ok. Look at Burial. He's been melting my brain since some time.
