almost every second modern techno tooltrack has got this special sound placed the same way. i really wouldn't call this a ripoff. it's like calling half of the mit 90's tracks todd terry ripoffs cause the have some funky off-snares flying through the track.

Well, i just saw your stuff here - and i want to admit, that i know Markus very well.
Such a nice and good guy he is, he never would do sth like that - no plagiarism, no sampling.
Marcel is one of his idols, they know each other.
It might sound a bit similar in some way, but that doesn't mean he did anything you're talking about.

There is NO reason to fck him up like this folks, come on!
