This hopefully is being addressed completely since we've adjusted the setting and I'm doing it personally now.
I've received emails saying they sent emails, I know on countless occasions people didn't get their activation email, now (as I just registered 6-8 new users), I'm seeing another pattern of people asking for the same name of an account that never went active.
So again, we really apologize about the issue, just as I checked random numbers, I've personally registered 70 new users just myself in just a few months, let alone other emails to the possible server, so this could have been a much much bigger issue than we thought.
