MK4 was only sold in Japan
also the MK3 is a special version of the MK2 which was sold only in some countrys
there is a MK5G but the price for these are insane

Using the mk2 at home keeps you on the ball incase you have to use one in a club.. the mk5 is heaven though!

the only one which is worth to mention is the mk5 has no 0-point lock on his pitch.
i've heard that its very easy to remove that 0-point lock from an mk2.. you basically just have to remove 2small plastic parts and a feather and the lock will be gone..

No you misunderstood, on the M3D the 0-point click is removed.
