Can someone advice a cure?

Post by upekah »

Hey Guys,

I am currently confused and I am feeling that my body is in a bad health condition and I kinda got serious braindamage of things that happened in the past , so I am overthinking too much..

My plan was to take a cure to get fully balanced with myself again.. I once did that for four weeks to treat my Asthma in nothern Germany and it was really great but now I am interested in different kind of cures..

I heard Väth is doing "Ayurveda" and this sounds really interesting..
I hope you guys got some experience with something like that :?: 8)

Call a doctor.

If you only want to do something good for your body. Analyze your lifestyle and maybe change it. Take a breath of fresh air every day, do some sports, reduce alcohol and smoking, eat vegetables and fruits.

I don't know what your expectations are for stuff like Ayurveda. But stuff like that is always a temporary solution, it won't fix the real problem.

I just felt I needed a break.. without computer and everything and thought this would be a great thing to do!
There is really too much going on in my head.. So doing some things in nature without having a social-network capable computer seems to be the THING!

I am not looking for personal mercy here.. just wanna ask if some of you guys might have some ideas for some things like that..

I run 3, 4 times a week a crosscountry. It help me to do the vacuum.
It's hard at the begining, but it give me a better mental & physical skills.
I think it do the job for a good number of people who wants to recover health. :D

Asking random people on a message board is clearly the best thing to do.

Keep at it.
