to each his own...
Yep that's pretty much it. I work with what works - and the original still does the job for me.

Not one crash in 4 years :)

i dont think serato bring anything revolutionary to the market..
They brought it with Serato v1 a few years ago...that's the revolution...had mine since 2006 and still very happy with it :)

All the others thus far...imitators.
Sorry mate, but Traktor Scratch whoops Serato's a$$ nowadays. Better sound, better interface, more possibilities, cheaper... Original gangsta or not ;)
Still, Serato isn't bad but not really up to par with the competition imho. So I'm curious what the Ableton Serato thing will be like.
to each his own...

the new sl3 sounds better than the audio8 interface, without question, and ranes d/a converters are world reknowned.

the interface for traktor scratch looks like a$$, i've gotten it to crash numerous times, and serato is far more responsive on the latency.
this is the main thing for me...hate traktor

love serato because its simple, no effects, just mixing...

pfew, thanks ;)

Still, would love to know what they'll do with Ableton/Serato. If they would use a slick interface like Ableton's for the Serato screen... man, that would be neat.
