sports/exercise

Post by gillsans »

Hey All ~ In light of the poor snowboard season here in British Columbia this year. I was wondering what you guys do for fun/exercise outside of music?

I've been playing squash which is pretty fun and a good sweat.

How about you?

Football since i was 5 years old. Nowdays playing with a not so serious team (just for fun) but i used to play at decent standard like 10 years ago.

The team that your mother doesn't want you to play against! ;)

* I've am finally on a regular routine (again) of doing push ups/ sit ups / & running on my treadmill..

it tends to be on/off but it's back on at the moment..
