For the people who can afford internet and expensive records im sure Romania is a happy place. What about the rest of the country who have never used a cell phone??

i believe that's the least of their problems. and internet + 'expensive' records won't build infrastructure, cut corruption, implement a reasonable health system, eliminate poverty.. and so forth
