HELP!!! i need to uplaod music and video clip to a web site

I know its nothing to do with minimal but i thought id ask my minimal family anyway. a mate of mine has a website ( gamma funkula) he wants me to upload live dj sets to it so people can listen to em online. I said id do it not realising that its not easy but i now cant let him down. any ideas anyone???

Get the ftp details for the website, and use a ftp program, and then upload... give url out to people, or make a small website with the link to the files.
