Would love some feedback on my new track

Post by technich »

I was going for a old uk house sort of low pressings vibe with this, Although it does lack the true analogue sound. I made this on Ableton and am quite pleased with although still think it lacks something but not quite sure how to go further. I use a lot of samples and feel like it may need more atmosphere but struggling to find it. I may need some more vsts, looking to go down the hardward route but currently out of country.

Any feedback and advise will be very much appreciated.

Sounds good man!

I think your track could use a pad.
Try to figure something out with the root note of your track.

Ye I did give that a try but i guess i couldn't get it to sound right with the sweepy synth which i didn't want to take out, think it probably needs a high pitched pad over the top. I need some decent pads though to be fair, recommendations? Also i wanted to create more depth with good reverb or space echo don't have decent plug-ins for that either. I basically need more software if anyone can help me out.

Also, check this track out

Thanks for listening

Depends on what you're using now?

How did you make the kick and bass for example?

cheers
