After hearing Ricardo's version and the positive feeling I got from it, I decided to finally make a rework of a track I was dear of. I truly should do this more often. I had a lot of fun. perhaps its just the specific timing in my life, or the idea of caring a lot less about a lot of certain things, and just getting back to having fun, and creating in the studio. THIS makes me happy from the inside. I thought I'd share. More new music coming shortly. No more waiting 5 years to pull things off old hard drives. - If you would be so kind to please pass this forward.

Over the years I couldn't help but to be repeatedly drawn to richie's 1996 concept releases. Its impossible for me not to appreciate it more and more. the artistic concept of : art before music. I strongly feel the "Akufen's Concept 1 Reinterpretations Volume 1" is one of the best records released, in my opinion. that being said, I couldn't help but be compelled to revisit them once again.

it's gorilla warfare against facebook... just to get people to start posting here again.. ...j/king..

it has nothing to do with general chat at all. just having fun with things.. testing some new things / ideas out...

I moved the dj vinyl mixes to the general section too....to give more vinyl users more exposure to their mixes. on a suggested of a mod sometime ago....we moved the (member's mixes) out of the general section... and on my own instinct...I'm putting them back general section. it was also talked about putting the net label release here in the general section too... I"m just feeling it out a bit.

as mentioned in another thread (not sure if you've been reading or how often you visit) but it's found here : http://www.mnml.nl/phpBB3/viewtopic.php ... &start=200 also as mentioned in that thread "to give someone an option to listen to" while viewing... it's nice to see you post here again.
