indeed not my good man. I used reason and Live for some of the fx. Have never used FL, not sure it's available for Mac.

i like the beginning. i like beats that make me feel like marching. i'm not too sure about the floaty pad that comes in....but those stabs fit nicely with the floaty sound once they come in.

i'm really impressed by all the great producers on the board. nice stuff.

you need to compress this thing, and limit it, it's very quiet - this can all be done in reason 3. theres just no drive or punch in there. have you run the statistics of the wave, to see the rms power? if no - do this and aim for anwhere from -11.5 to -11db

i like the general ambience of this track, i think the pads in here sound quite nice.
the kick in here gets very lost in the mix, and almost seems non existant in some parts where the percussion gets chaotic.

needs a much better mix down.

cool, thanks for the feedback. The track hasn't been mixed at all yet. I usually do this in Protools. I'll bear your comments in mind.
