tnx,

project.Raukost.

It's a project by Floris Regoort & myself ( Jasper Löwik)
We combine our 2 "styles" together to new fresh (healthy) grooves!

Rauwkost in english means something like vegetables. :)

We just started to perform in Holland with this name. For now we have a 2 hour live act with loops and tracks. We are workin on a second live act. Some previews of the second live act can be found at www.myspace.com/rauwkost

and our DEMO ( 1 hour ) will be online after the weekend!

Hmm, I like the sounds, nice lil breaks. But with every break i am having the feeling that it should begin right now... perhaps too minimal for my taste? I am missing a synth line or something.

Greeting to the netherlands!

man, where will you stop...

i like how Veggie inc. sounds. Very clear, a rumbling bass, some funny samples... The only sound i don't like is the "bee" in the break at 3', after the bubbles. In fact I don't know why this break is here. As Electribe said, the track is filled with micro breaks, but this one is different, longer and rather bland. I'd rather have heard more bubbles at his point, and if you go for a longer break, make it really long and interesting.

This structure is quite original. Start, stop, start, stop... Very teasing, i can understand Electribe feels frustrated ;) But for this same reason, it may well be a nice DJ tool, to play with the crowd

overall i like this track very much except the annoying bee. You should try to replace it by sth better... Still, it's one of my favorite "member track" :) And there have been some great submissions here recently!

i'd like to know, is the kick from a 606 too? and the snare in the intro sounds cool, nice EQ.

i can imagine that, but I just didn't want that, i usaly do!
Im still experimenting! So thats why the structure is diffrent than normal.

What do you mean by the "bee" sound ? i quess the vocal shizle?
but makin the break longer and intresting isnn't a bad idea :)

the kick a a 808 kick!

peace
