I personally wouldn't expect to go to a live show and get to dance to the entire thing, or sometimes to any of it, and in Sleeparchive's case I think the latter. Something like Audion is likely to have more bounce... but for me, it's not always all about dancing.

I was at KozzMozz too and I must agree that he didn't get much crowd response. I had been looking forward to hearing Sleeparchive live for a long time, and although the room wasn't jumping and pumping, it was great music. It's not the simplest music to get into, and especially in "jump country" belgium I can imagine this was a bit too deep and difficult for a lot of the present people. Didn't dance much either, but I did have a blast listening and getting into the sounds and bleeps that are so typical of Sleeparchive.

Maybe they should put some christmas lights around stephan's laptop or something, or two naked chicks like on Top Of The Pops. But I guess he wouldn't be playing much either then

Still, brave of the interviewer to not just say how good he is, but also asking a question that is not just the standard 'let's-blow-smoke-up-yer-ass" type of stuff we are getting once too often in various mags... so, good interview as usual on mnml.nl
