Maybe you should let us hear an example of what you've made. Use lot's of chorus, reverb and filter automation and you'll get there. Also detune your oscillators a bit to get this wider sound.

You've got the basics, but I miss some tension in your track. Seems like there's too few progress throughout the song. Maybe you should add some melodies?

For what it's worth:

I've made a kick in ableton live solely with live instruments and fx. I find it quite 808-ish, maybe you can start making your own kicks from this preset.
