Good delays for Dub Techno. (ping pong 1/6th)

Hi,

I am wondering does anyone know of any good delays for that dub techno sound. I am basically looking for a ping pong delay that can do 1/6ths but surprisingly i cant find one. Ping pong isnt totally nessecary but i still cant find a delay in 1/6's. I know theres one in ableton but im on Cubase.
