i've purchased many synths of ebay in america. Usually works out in your favor as a buyer. There are lots of protections in place to make sure you don't get ripped off. As a seller it can be the other way around, ebay fees, customer satisfaction, etc. This synth isn't exactly analog. its modeled but...

yeah teh m4live ones are pretty good and integrate with your workflow. plus customize.

Great question! I really don't think there is a hard and fast rule. For me Its all relative to all your DAW, plugins and their chains. Personally some tracks i'll do -6db/channel, -12db or -18db/channel. In each application its different and could make a difference at each point in the gain stage. F...
