I am looking for a cheap hostel, in a semi-safe neighborhood close to the clubs, even if its not safe, i just cant really afford exspensive nights there, as its in one stop of many through the country... can anyhelp?

someone point me in the right direction of links and stuff for stuff to do, places to visit. Records stores, hip parts of town...camden style but not sketched.

Could anyone help me out, i'll be on the way back from greece for a weekend of music in berlin on the 13th of august. I don't know to much of what to expect, never been to germany, but if anyone can give me some recommendations of places to visit at night, or during the day...possibly links to event...
