I use a set of AKG K280 Parabolic (dual transducer) from the 1980s. I bought them new for $250 back then and they still rock now.

Great all-purpose phones that have lasted me 20+ years.

This set has a unique mode to it. Lots of moody tracks and the substandard mixing (at parts) doesn't take me out of the zone one bit.

A lot of interesting IDs should sprout from this set in the forthcoming months. Definitely one of the best mixes of 2010, as John said.

Damn this set is really incredible. I wish people still threw down innovative, groovy techno sets like this.
