Re: Can i have feedback on my track?

Thanks Keepitwill and AK. What can I do on the bass? give it some saturation? I find it very difficult to mix down the bass .. What I normally do is Eq and compression, give it a small boost at 36 Hz. . Mate, everybody does. Bass and low end is always difficult, there's nothing wrong with yours, I ...

Re: Can i have feedback on my track?

Cool track there. It's hard to give feedback though as I am not sure what your intentions were, so for all I know, you could have achieved exactly what you set out to do with the track. A couple of perspectives though, there is no bass on portable desktop type speakers, I had to switch in my monitor...

Re: How to get that huge Sub?

2 things spring to mind when reading your post. Sinewaves and filters. Firstly, you don't need to filter a sine wave, there's nothing to filter out as it's a pure fundamental tone so you'd effectively just be rducing the volume. Secondly, don't use sinewaves for your sole source of bass, there's not...

Re: Vocals

Youtube, it's the ultimate sampling resource for anything. If you want gibberish though, just get absolutely smashed out of your face and leave your smart phone on record and check out how much gibberish you said the next day lol

Re: Korg ElecTribe SX (ESX-1)

I bought the RM1x as a cheap, simple solution to capture musical ideas when I moved apartments, everything was in transit for a while as well as my computer dying on me, I saw one just on the spur of the moment for cheap and bought it while I waited to set up again and afford a new computer. It ende...

Re: Korg ElecTribe SX (ESX-1)

I still have the Yamaha RM1x but it doesnt work any longer, nothing happens when I press certain buttons but I liked the sequencer on it too and some of the MIDI efx which seem to get over looked these days. I am still deciding whether to get an MPC1000 or just a laptop - I'm away from home a lot an...

Re: Korg ElecTribe SX (ESX-1)

The whole point of the electribe series is to use the on-board sequencing, in that way you'd be getting the most out of it. I disagree with a lot of the above from magpieindustries, let's start with the efx section. ( I had the EMX1, a mate had the ESX1 ) the efx are not poor at all, in fact, I real...
