I don't think it "sucks", it's just that feature-wise it's always lagging behind the competition when it could be leading the pack.

I was contacted by their support staff and they let me know they fixed the problem. Indeed, it now loads on both computers and browsers, I believe they "fixed" the loading issue at least.
