This thing is so common that i'm surprised by the amount of surprised people at hearing this. This has been going on since the 80's in techno. If some of you knew what i have found out since coming into the business here in Detroit your whole outlook on this sht would change. who are you talking ab...

Thats because of the information that we posess and can access nowadays. Maybe we are just becomming more aware of things rather than setting the bar lower? Thats another way to see this too. maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but this doesn't make sense for me. I was saying I thought standards placed...

musicians like Loco Dice and DJ T are often in touch with something that someone who spends enough time in a studio on their own to be good at engineering is not. that's totally valid for someone with some vision or something, but in the case of Dice, I really felt like all of his stuff was 100% de...

I was just curious why people were talking about this product in such a vague way, especially since we are talki...

I remember a video a couple years ago of richie hawtin and troy pierce and magda in the back of a tourbus playing with 3 machinedrums. I think that video is the main reason you people lust after this drum machine. Is that true? Or is it the gorgeous, sleek design? :)

maybe this is a rant, but "everyone says the machine drum is better but will not tell me any reasons why" I feel the same way. I've heard all these mnml people rave about the machinedrum for years now and have never heard any real descriptions of why it's so great. I mean, what is it that ...
